Record onion sites for news orgs that don't serve Onion-Location header

Now that we have support for adding onion addresses even if they're not advertised via Onion-Location, we should do so for news orgs we know about (#296). Will proceed to do so based on Alec's list here: https://github.com/alecmuffett/real-world-onion-sites and use this issue to track updates.

Added:

• BBC In'tl - https://s5rhoqqosmcispfb.onion (note they also have an .onion for the the UK version, but we're not currently tracking that)
• Buzzfeed News - https://bfnews3u2ox4m4ty.onion/ (note that I've updated the listing from the buzzfeed.com domain to buzzfeednews.com, which seems the more important domain for us to track, and matches the content of the .onion service)

The other live ones I see on https://github.com/alecmuffett/real-world-onion-sites serve Onion-Location as far as I can tell.

CC @alecmuffett in case you spot other overrides we should tracker; will leave this issue open for a bit longer for comments, and then close.
