Remove default usage of a git deploy_key #75

This is no longer needed when STN repo is public. Not sure this readme will really affect many people since it relies on libvirt/kvm plus having the jessie64 image locally.

You're right not many folks will use this workflow, but good catch. Now the docs are still accurate.

@msheiny This only affects the "local prod" environment, correct? If this doesn't affect the actual production deployment automation, then this LGTM.
