Absolute paths in .stratosproject files #3

Since I had to move around files after my confusion, I noticed that absolute file paths were kept in the .stratosproject file. This goes against the usage that a node project can be moved around and even exists in different versions. Only relative paths should be kept for the generated files.

You make a good point! I'm looking into exactly I need absolute paths..
