fix examples

• can we go over /github/freeflowuniverse/crystallib/examples...
• make sure its all .vsh (so each example is executable .vsh script)
• make sure there is appropriate .gitignore in the dir, so we don't checkin binaries
• see if example works
• if it doesn't work move to _archive (in examples) or to _beta if we think we need to fix and example is useful
• put readme.md if useful
• try to organize well in directories

lets make all clean, these examples will get us to make things good and let people understand what works

regarding doctree_include.vsh include works defs works links works image works in the same page not in the incuded page for example if inner.md has an image it will be shown correctly if we open inner.md , but if we inculded inner.md in intro.md the images of inner will not be shown inside the intro.md
