hero mdbook add: apt install pkg-config #441

Situation

I could install hero and run hero mdbook but I had to manually add:


 sudo apt install pkg-config

Proposition

Make sure that pkg-config is installed when installing hero for the first time. (so add the line in the installer perhaps?)
