Email notifications have errors

The email subject has errors. Example:

• "Adnan Fatayerji commented post" as well as the apostrophe being displayed as <& # 0 3 9 ;>

• or "Andreas just wrote post"

• Weekly Summary also says "likes post" and "likes comment"

Also within freeflowpages' notifications, the same errors appear:
