conversational ai for querying books

Build a UI and server to provide conversational AI capabilities to query our books.

From the UI, a user should be able to send a question or text about any pages we have and receive an accurate answer.

TODO:

[ ] Create UI (textbox, submit button and response).
[ ] Setup websocket client/server to send requests to the backend and stream the response back to the client.
[ ] Index all books using OpenAI embeddings.
[ ] Create queries to OpenAI using the right books for contexts (embedding search).

Notes:

Ultimately, we would want to phase out OpenAI in the future, but for the purpose of the demo it will do.
