This adds a section for configuring mint installs + a few lines to setup autoplay. I tried to match the code style of the rest of the file, but please let me know if anything looks weird.
I tested this on a vm and it appears to properly update the settings, but I don't own any dvds/cds or a cd drive, so I can't test if the autoplay itself will work.
