Delivery reports should be accessible on the phone #118

Please make it so that the Android SMS client or Handcent handles the delivery 
report, so I can just to to the phone if I want to check a past message was 
delivered.  I don't necessarily need it to pop up on the computer each time, 
and it can be annoying to have it pop up all the time.

Yet it is a necessary feature - just one that should happen quietly, on the 
phone.

For handling the delivery report by the built-in sms client or handcent:
Android SDK does atm not provide a way to do this, as the Action for the Send / 
Delivered PendingIntents are gtalksms local.
