pipeline: Add dive tool support to the repository and documentation

Integrate dive tool in the pipeline:

Makefile and standalone script so it can be used from different places depending on each situation.
The usage has been documented at DEVOPS.md documentation.
Change rule naming in Makefile moving from docker to more abstract container runtime naming (just container).
Improve consistency in the pipeline by using directly the Makefile rules whenever is possible, so developer and pipeline use the same commands.

@avisiedo never mind, the conflicts went away somehow. Maybe github was temporarily confused.

LGTM; dive results can be seen in the build step of main action. Merging.
