poc: deploy freeipa in one pod #23

Proof of concept that gather the knowledge of previous pocs and create a set of manifests that allow to deploy one pod with Freeipa and expose the web interface.

This deployment is not secure, and it should be used only for development and previewing.

All discussion points were resolved (by creating new tickets to address/investigate them). I will merge this now, and we begin iteratively improving it.
