Add changes based on one pod deployment prototype. #27

Add ginkgo framework support.
Update container build to golang 1.15
Update Makefile:
- Add help for make subcommands.
- Update CRD_OPTIONS to fix deprecation usages.
- Add support for kind.
- Add support for kind when using podman.
- Add rules for installing kustomize when needed.
- Split install into install-crds and uninstall-crds.
- Split 'deploy' into 'deploy-cluster' and 'deploy-kind'.
- Add recreate-sample-idm for make simpler quick dev tests.
Create a master pod.
Create service for accessing the web interface.
Create route to expose web interface service.
Update README.md for syncing with this commit.

NOTE: Update your vendor by go mod vendor. This vendor update will be isolated in one unique commit.
