api: Add persistent volume support

• Update the API to store the name of the secret for retrieve the PASSWORD environment variable when initializing freeipa pod.
• Add logic for handling the secret.
• Add support for PersistentVolumeClaim template.
• Add support for default storage when no template is provided.
• Add support for hostPath for developing purpose.
• Add unit tests for the new feature.
• Re-factor Arguments to decouple them from the main.go file.
• Update .gitignore for ignoring junit/ directory.
• Add unit tests for internal/arguments package.
• Refactor helper package name to 'manifests' to match the directory.
• Add unit tests for the persistent volume claim manifest.
• Update HELP file to match the current Makefile state.
• Add default-storage support into the Makefile.
• Remove default password and add checks to define it to the Makefile file.
• Fix bug on recreate-sample rule into the Makefile file.
• Add persistent-storage idm resource sample.
• Add hostpath-storage idm resource sample.
