Deploy kind does not work #40

kind-create: Fix and improvements

Fix podman load command (thanks @vashirov ).
Update kind version.
Use rootless podman.
Remove sudo commands.
Create configuration file for it.

Not found the way to inject the openshift controller in kind for using SecurityContextConstraints and Route objects.

As kind is not possible to use into the pipeline, closing this PR without merge it.
