As an Adminsitrator, I want to provide the admin password and the directoy server password that meet with:

The secret will have a IPA_DM_PASSWORD which store the directory service password.
The secret will have a IPA_ADMIN_PASSWORD which store the freeipa admin password.
The password will be injected into the main container as environment variables.
