change modification_info format #23

As per https://github.com/yeastrc/limelight-import-conga/issues/2

Change modification format 1[mass1, mass2] where mass1 and mass2 are associated to modifications no the n-terminal and the aa at the n-terminal to 0[mass1],1[mass2]
