Table to view and modify file(s) need to be provided with effective filter like that seen in Windows Explorer. There should be checkboxes for every item and a single check box at top to select all/deselect all.

file viewer example In case you need to recheck, please use any Windows Explorer and check options for add columns filter in View Tab

In the screenshot above, the column titles can be selected by Administrator for Each department user(s) at the time of installation itself. After which, if they need more fields, database can be extended.
