Before I explain "on Spot" creation. Let's discuss Librarian profile, This is a master administrator who is required to handle the documents scanned and sent for archive. Archive is the process of storing information in file(s) virtually in forms of digital format e.g. Compact Disks, Hard Disk Drives, Flash Drives or physically in forms of paper documents in file(s) and Folder(s). The Archive is a systematic collection of data in groups which are read and understood by the working and management group of the particular industry. For example, Archive of a Materials Department shall look like a collection of Five Directories, with the name, Capex Assets, Purchase Orders, Logistics Contracts, Good Receipt Notes, Quality Management Records. Within these directories there may be cluster of sub directories, which are different from that of other departments. Such directories need to be created by Librarian through this software program or separately in the server storage, that directory can be accessed only through this particular software program. The directory can be backed up as well to help assist recovery of any loss of data.

And On Spot Creation means the librarian must have the rights to create such directories he / she may decide, where the scanned files after encryption be stored.

This could get another huge problem, because it is not possible to access the file system of a user through the browser. I can only access the file system of the server.

Please elaborate, File system of server is what we have to access. Not of the user. All of it shall be on server.
