Update support portal for new issue types #4660

We need to do a little work to route the new issue types to the right people and train those people on their incoming requests.

I tested the updates and this should be good to go. I contacted Jenifer and Bill already, but as they get tickets coming in, I'll reach back out to make sure they have what they need.
