I checked the scheduled alert hits for this alert in the admin, and there are only two scheduled hits from yesterday; both were grouped properly in a single email that was sent successfully.
So, here are two possible explanations:
There might be a bug in the cl_send_scheduled_alerts command that could cause it to send empty emails.
The email may have been sent by the sweep alerts command, cl_send_recap_alerts, which does not store scheduled hits for daily or real-time alerts.
I think the first explanation is more likely, since it seems unlikely that the sweep alerts command would send alerts close to the daily percolator alerts command, which, if I’m not mistaken, is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. PT
