Database doesn't handle judges born/died outside of the U.S.

Thanks for getting this filed. I'm just thinking aloud here, but can we just keep this information in a separate file (or in this ticket, even), and then input it later? I'd like to get back to this once we've done the major input projects on the project board. Feels like it's better to be missing a metadata value for a handful of judges than to be missing...a judge.
