@grossir - this should default to whatever the parent court was right?

Yes, the record from the last sentry event has been inserted with the parent court ID. (Opinion , Cluster, docket (here you can see the court id as nyfamct))

This can be understood as a warning for us to complete the data, and can probably be archived forever, if we don't want to fill it with anything
