If you look at a RECAP case that is at the circuit court there is a link back to the district court. I don't know if there are multiple links when the cases are combined: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/67158639/delaware-state-sportsmens-association-inc-v-delaware-department-of-safety/ image

There should be a forward link from the district court to the circuit court. If appealed from a circuit court there should be a link to the supreme court.

In the same way, when a case is reopened there should be links back to the original case and from the original case to the re-opened case.

The Use Case is that once a user finds a case within the chain of cases/appeals they should be able to move through each stage of the case as it terminates, reopens, is appealed and so forth.

This is a tough one, but you're right that we should be doing it. It's been on the list for years.

This is a big one for #9 because citators also show you the prior & subsequent history of a case.
