File SI-110 with CA Secretary of State (SOS)

This one is fun because you have to do it every two years. Incredibly, I set a reminder, and apparently it's due again today. Usually, I find out this is due because it's late and they send us mail and a fee. Let's see if we can avoid that this time?

Anyhow, there's a form you can do, here:

But it requires $20, and I don't have our checkbook here in Montreal. At the top of the form, it says it can be completed via the new SOS Bizfile portal, here:

That seems fine enough and I made an account, hoping that I'd be able to pay online, but to verify the account, you have to receive a piece of snail mail (:snail:) with the PIN at the org's address. So, fine, I requested that, and that'll go to Oakland in the coming days.

I'll be home in a week, so when I get that piece of mail, I can confirm that I work at and control FLP, can confirm the account, and presumably I can complete (and maybe even pay for), the SI-100.
