The following backscrapers are ready, but are awaiting the enhancements that I've made to the CL caller that mitigates the impact of large scrapes:

This is interesting, @mlissner any reason why these never got run. There is something keeping them from running smoothly today, but they were completed and stretch back to 2010/11 years we dont have for SCOTUS
