Citation fixes for 113 cases #25

These fixes are for bad ocr citations where the citation is nearly correct except for an incorrect symbol, missing spaces or symbols, etc.

e.g.

Let's sneak an update to Black into this to fix the Lint issue. Good call.

Let's sneak an update to Black into this to fix the Lint issue. Good call.

If you want to check the opinionated fixes, for example for this file: data/harvard/law.free.cap.ala-app.31/475.1683088.json You can access to case.law directly getting the id from the json filename, in this case https://cite.case.law/md/1/1/1683088/ And then you can take a look at the pdf to validate the citation fix.

So I guess, if you want to fix the one tweak I suggested, great. Then feel free to merge.
