Provide the full docket entry text in the RSS feeds #47

Describe the solution you'd like Currently RSS feeds have one or two word document descriptions like "Motion" or "Order". They should instead have the full description of the docket entry.

The RSS feeds also have the exact timestamp of the docket entry. That isn't in the docket report itself.

I created issue #70 for adding timestamps in more places. Good point.
