Currently the profile page shows last quarter's balance if it's not paid off. If it is, then it shows $0.00. This is very confusing and it should show both.
The issue the current situation causes is that you can't see your fees rising as you make purchases. I spoke with a startup a while back that was scraping PACER and had NO IDEA that they were acrueing fees. They were rapidly scraping from PACER as we were on the phone, and I informed them they were spending multiple dollars every second.
They were shocked because their balance showed $0.00. They jumped off the phone and I never heard from them again. I think they spent their entire startup budget or they bailed on doing a legal startup. Either way, they were gone.
