Enhancement request: Scrape/upload case reports e.g. "Civil Cases Report" #242

For an example of a case report:

  1. Go to https://ecf.ohsd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/DisplayMenu.pl?Reports
  2. Run their "Civil Report" that is named "Civil Cases"
  3. Then see the results page (the "Civil Cases Report") that has these fields:
    • Case Number
    • Title
    • Case Dates
    • Days Pending
    • Notes, which includes:
    • Cause
    • NOS [Nature Of Suit]
    • Office
    • Jurisdiction
    • Presider
    • Jury Demand
    • Case flags

Please note that this report greatly overlaps what is available for free through the Federal Judicial Center's Integrated Database's fields.

This would be a nice feature. Perhaps someday. Maybe if https://github.com/freelawproject/recap/issues/246 demonstrates that this report is used a lot, we can prioritize it.
