Enhancement request: Scrape/upload case reports e.g. "Civil Cases Report" #242

For an example of a case report:

Go to https://ecf.ohsd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/DisplayMenu.pl?Reports
Run their "Civil Report" that is named "Civil Cases"
Then see the results page (the "Civil Cases Report") that has these fields:
- Case Number
- Title
- Case Dates
- Days Pending
- Notes, which includes:
- Cause
- NOS [Nature Of Suit]
- Office
- Jurisdiction
- Presider
- Jury Demand
- Case flags

Please note that this report greatly overlaps what is available for free through the Federal Judicial Center's Integrated Database's fields.

This would be a nice feature. Perhaps someday. Maybe if https://github.com/freelawproject/recap/issues/246 demonstrates that this report is used a lot, we can prioritize it.
