Cannot upload mega dockets in some jurisdictions due to interstitial page

In some (all?) jurisdictions, there's a page that looks like:

When this happens, RECAP fails and we don't get the docket. This only happens with big dockets, so this is one of those bugs that doesn't affect many cases, but does affect the most important cases.

The case I'm currently trying to get is the one associated with:

It seems like you can work around this by putting anything at all in your query when you request the docket.
