Just pushed out version 1.2.14 and something I noticed but didn't dig into before releasing is that the bootstrap.min.js file that is in the manifest is now applying to all PACER sites! I should have tracked this down when I thought I saw it, but I think I just got used to it. The only obvious change it makes is changing link colors.
In any case, the fix here should be pretty easy. Just remove the file from the manifest and push a new version. Doing that now.
