One of our users noticed that RECAP was not updating the documents on this case 1:22-mj-09277 and sent a few questions to @mlissner via email.
@mlissner addressed his questions and found that the RECAP extension is no able to capture the pacer_case_id and its sending the request without it, so when We tried to add the document to a case, We failed.
