A few specific dockets not uploading

A user is reporting that these dockets didn't upload for them. Next time we're debugging RECAP and working on it, we should see if we can figure out what's going on.

I checked those dockets and I got the notification the extension was able to upload the docket report. Here are screenshots of the docket page in CL showing they were updated today:

Great. Either it's fixed or the user was doing something weird. Either way, I think there's not much more we can do here.
