Add Pac.2d variation #9

Noticed a bunch of citations in our corpus for Pac. 2d, with and without spaces, which I assume is a variant of P.2d.

This immensely helpful, thank you. I did a quick query in CourtListener. Looks like there are about 2k cases that use this, though a lot of them are also using parentheses like so:

XX Pac. (2d) XX

I've never seen that before, so I'll have to do some testing to see how our parser is handling parentheses. I think it just ignores them, but I'm not sure. I created a new issue for following up on that.

In the meantime, this looks great. Pulling now, and it will be deployed soon.
