Release to Pypi #152

Thanks so much for the updates to the main branch that relax the requirements to more modern levels. We would love to use pypi and artifactory to consume the latest stable release with updated requirements. Anything I can do to help prepare that release? Thanks again for this amazing library!

Much appreciated. We are so enjoying using the library and appreciate the flexible inputs, test coverage, and all the other work that went into making this library so usable. I hope we can contribute back to it as we gain experience!

I just know y'all are going to find some horrible test cases in the wild. I can't wait for them to added to the test suite.
