added movie creation #2

First pass at this. Still need to add tests.

Since this package is all about sensible defaults, we should probably figure out what is sensible for these videos. A few options I've been thinking about:

  1. Having an option to add a color bar
  2. Turning off the axes
  3. Making the margins tight around the movie (no whitespace)
  4. Interpolation on/off
