1h - 3 Euro - Fix `./hes` and `./setup` so that they work fine on Arch also, not only on NixOS #115

You will need to use a different bash location based on which operating system this is run on: https://github.com/fairy-tale-agi-solutions/haskell-editor-setup/blob/master/hes#L1

Note: this fix might work for all non-NixOS Linux distributions that have a standard file system.
