Download links for "txt" and "json" are confusing. #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go here: 
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/tools/bisect-builds.py
2. Scroll to the bottom and click 'txt'.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click 'json'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'txt' gives base64 data and 'json' gives a 404.

I realize, per issue #7, raw download being missing is expected for now, but 
probably both those links should be removed for the time being. The 'txt' link 
is very confusing to people expecting a raw download, and the 'json' link 
doesn't work.
