Add font_format for vqt_xfntinfo() and vqt_ext_name() #18

Removes a minor "FIXME".

Tested with a Type 1 font from ctan to make sure we're getting 0x08 back. Otherwise the system font comes back as 0x01 and everything else is 0x04.
