I wonder whether this is worth documenting. I doubt this functionality will ever get rebased/merged, especially if https://github.com/tattlemuss/hatari/releases is available.

Would a single page indicating that these functions are deprecated be more relevant than a full description?

Since you've already done the work... I'd just mark those XBIOS functions as special-use, maybe with some kind of note linking the website above.

Its always good to have such functions documented, even if they are deprecated/unused. Maybe someone will stumble on old source code and wonder what they do.
