In tos_en and tos_de:

Cosmetic changes to GEM/4 (was verbatim style) and ViewMAX (there was no bold style)
Add GEM/5 and GEM/XM

In aes_f:

Add !nolink to all links to MagiC (keep just one)
Add appl_xbvget, proc_shrink
Add comments to GEM/4 functions and empty the function name column
Rename GEM Multiapp to GEM/XM, proc_free to proc_mfree and x_appl_getinfo to xapp_getinfo
