pkg updates #353

Updated ffmpeg, nextcloud-php, php-pecl-imagick, php-bcmath, php-gmp, php-pcntl, php-pecl-redis, php-phar

Nextcloud 28 will require php 8.1 or higher, so all php packages have been modified. Release should probably be updated to 13.2-RELEASE too, but I am unfamiliar with this process.

This should fix https://github.com/freenas/iocage-ix-plugins/issues/352

Also feel free to check mine #358 that have major change to comply with Nextcloud recommendation. (MariaDB, PHP 8.2)
