Update emby-server Service File #10

Fixes #9. Changed emby-server service file to use .NET (copied from regular install of emby). Tested with 13.1-RELEASE, admin portal/quick start wizard comes up fine although I did not test with emby-server stable.

Tested with emby-server stable and it works as well.

Was thinking that you could accomplish the same thing by just removing the overlay folder in the artifact repo.
