Update emby-server #5

Changing from pkg ffmpeg to internal ffmpeg version per troubleshooting with emby developers. https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/83818-no-compatible-streams-are-currently-available-error-after-emby-update/page/2/#comments

This will return the plug-ins to using the internal ffmpeg version that Emby customizes. This reverses the 2019 change to the stock ffmpeg.

Testing on my internal jail does not give any errors when using /usr/local/lib/emby-server/bin/ffmpeg instead of the /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg

changes have been incorp in a different pull request and there is now one to remove this entirely
