Hello @Peter8200 yes, I am aware of this problem but on my end it happens rarely and is difficult to reproduce.
If you notice any common pattern about when this problem happens, or what model devices this happens on - that information would be useful to help diagnose the problem.

Today at our organisation, i know there were at least 3 people having this issue. When the people receive the grey screen, mostly they panic and think everything is lost.
We are all using iPhone version 13.5.1. if this can help.

Hello, does this issue still occur? Any logs that can be provided when this occurs would be helpful.
Dear All, From time to time, when starting FreeOTP we have a grey screen with no tokens.
After start/stop the iPhone the entries are again viewable.
At our organisation we have a lot of people with the same issue.
Is somebody aware of this problem ? And do you have a solution.....
