Hi, same problem here.

After changing the phone (new one is a iPhone 13 Mini with iOS 16.1.1) the app worked for one day and showed the codes. But now it doesn't anymore.

In case it helps: The codes are secured with FaceID, the icons show a little lock in the corner.

Additional info: I did several restarts of app and/or device, but it didn't solve the problem.

A solution is very much appreciated.

Hello, I have the same problem here. Migrated all data from iphone 11 to 14 and when I press for a code nothing happens. Did anyone solve this issue?

Hi, fortunately I still had my old phone and was able to unlock the accounts. Then I was able to connect FreeOTP on the new device for all accounts with new QR codes. I know that's not really a solution and not always possible, but for me it was and it worked. And it seems to be the only way for now. I got no answer till now and did not see any reaction by the developers.

Please note that tokens secured with biometrics data will not be included in Apple iOS backups, by design. See https://github.com/freeotp/freeotp-ios/issues/243#issuecomment-940372097
