Lock sign on icon #335

I have a lock sign on one of my FreeOTP buttons and I can not open this single one. So I’m not able to sign in to this specific account. What is wrong? Every other symbol works but this doesn’t. Is there no support for the “Deutsche Bahn” anymore? I have the latest iPhone update and also the latest update from FreeOTP. I need this 2 way identification for my account there is no other way to get access to it.

Having the same issue

the lock sign means that the token was additionally protected (for example, for iOS by FaceID). These protected tokens are not included into the recovery process or when you set up a new phone. So, the access to the protected token is gone. The fact that they are displayed in the app is misleading.

If you have access to the old phone and are able to unlock the token, is there any way to transfer it to the new phone?
