Icon selected for new entry applies to all except first entry #349

When adding a new entry, the selected icon applies to all entries except the one that was created first, and for which I never selected an icon.

A long time ago I created my first entry in FreeOTP, and it looks as if that one got a standard (?) icon. Today I added 4 entries using QR codes. For each of the new entries I was asked to select an icon, and I selected different icons for each new entry I created.

But already when I added the second entry today (so the third in total) I noticed that the icon for the first entry I had added today (so the second in total) had changed to the icon for the second entry. Whenever I added a new entry today, the icons for all the other entries I had added today changed. So all entries I added today show the icon I had selected for the last entry, although I had selected different icons for each entry I added today.

As a result the page now looks like this (except for the box over the entry labels):
