Delay in samples of F#4 and G4 #2

It is a long lasting issue. It seems that notes F#4 (midi note 66?, thin E string on the second fret) and G4 (midi note 67?, thin E string on the third fret) have a noticeable delay in their attacks. As a result this breaks arpeggios and makes strumming sound in chords where it should not, and the overall rhythm is broken.

Well, actually it seems I was wrong about F#4, but G4 is clearly delayed. Look at these waveforms (extracted from the wav version on the official freepats site, for some reason I could not open the flac versions from this repository) demonstration
