MediaWiki supports antivirus scanning of all file uploads through

This capability was added by hand in QualityBox. Jeff Geerling has a role for ClamAV so let's add this as a feature and integrate it into Meza.

Until this feature is complete, I've turned it off in the development environment. See meza-conf-public/preLocalSettings.d/base.php
